1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The seal and fragrance box must be intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as when received.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Please note:
- For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our official website (xscentia.com).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@xscentia.com or +92-335-6036891.
To speed up the process, include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products. For fragrance preferences or personal taste, we recommend purchasing sample sizes before ordering full bottles.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
